I currently offer individual therapy for adults (ages 18 and beyond) via a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform.

Walk and talk therapy is also an option, please let me know if you are interested!

What is your rate for services?

Initial session rate is $150.

My rate for individual therapy sessions after the initial session is $140 per 50-minute therapeutic hour.

There is a $75 late cancellation/no show fee.

I am currently an out-of-network provider. All payments are self-pay.

We'll have a free 10-minute phone consultation to make sure I can meet your needs. If it feels like a good fit, and you would like to proceed, I will send intake forms for you to complete prior to your first session.

What can I expect during my first session?

The initial session is a great opportunity for us to get to know each other and build trust and therapeutic rapport. We will review policy and procedures, discuss reasons for seeking therapy, current issues/symptoms and relevant history. We will have a chance to identify goals and what you hope to gain from our time together.

Are there any areas outside of your scope?

While there are many issues that I am capable of working with, there are several areas that would require more specialized care, such as active eating disorders and severe dissociative disorders. I am always happy to provide referrals to help you find the appropriate support.
